The staff at Elite Automotive Covington are top notch. They go above and beyond in customer service. My radiator went out in my car. I know better than to drive it in that condition. Lance brought a jug of antifreeze to my location, filled it and was able to get it to their shop and get it in right away to get it replaced. They are honest and reasonably priced. Great team of technicians and service representatives! I highly recommend them, you will always get superior service here!

I had my timing belt replaced on my 2007 Acura TL. It was fixed in the amount of time they listed. They also replaced my oil filter housing seal at no extra charge. Saved me about $800 from going to a dealership. Very professional even showed me the old parts they replaced without me even asking.

Always fair and honest. I have two cars and one is thirteen years old that I only hang onto because it is 4WD and handy in the winter. When it comes to mechanical issues I am a seriously dim bulb. Bill always takes the time to explain everything and point out what is needed and what my options are. I never feel as if he is trying to up-sell me on repairs that can wait awhile.
