It's so nice to do business where your questions aren't viewed as a suspicious activity. There exist a total honesty in the air that is comforting. Things get explained fully and I get options explained to me so that I can make the best decisions. I recommended my sister bring her Avalon here for service last year. She's been a customer ever since. I haven't touched on the "quality" of the service product yet. I have been a printing press mechanic for 38 yrs. I do good work so I know good work. I have been taking my car to your repair shop for a very long time. I ONLY take it to you because I know I'm not going to get the runaround, telling me I need work done that isn't really necessary, just to inflate the bill. I think your prices are very reasonable, and for the effort you put in to doing the right thing, I feel I have spent every penny well.

As for your employee's, I just can't give them enough praise! I had never met such professional and kind people in this arena before. I never have to worry about them being nice to my face, and then laugh at how they took advantage of me behind my back. Upkeep of any vehicle is costly, but it is a necessity of life. These guys were absolutely amazing. Extremely honest, and very quick turn around. I took in my 93 Chevy Lumina in for some work, I had just bought it for $1000 and it cut out on me and I couldn't get it started again, so I had to get it towed in.

First and foremost, their first amazing service is that they offer a free shuttle service, so if you have to drop your car off, they will take you where you need to go, I don't know any other garage that offers this, so that was amazing. Also, it turns out my car needed about $600 work done on it, they had cleaned the parts that had the issue, but to completely fix it, would cost around $600 parts and labor, and they said since its a 20 year old vehicle I might not want to spend that kind of money on it, which they were right, I didn't. They told me they got it running but didn't know how long it would last for. I took the gamble, picked the car up, and I have not had any issues with it. One of the greatest things they have going for them is honesty, and their dedication to your car. Honesty because they could have said that the cost is going to be $600 and it won't run without getting that taken care of, but they were extremely honest and told me it might be ok, but it might not be, but it's running right now. 

Also they called me after hours on a Friday night. It was like 9pm, and he called me because he said he would call that day, and since they are closed on the weekends, he wanted to make sure that I knew the situation and where I stand.

 I can't say enough about how amazing the experience was, from the free shuttle service to the calling me after hours to the rare honesty that we never encounter in garages these days, these guys were awesome, and I will definitely be back there when my car dies again, and if anyone is doubting this, take a look on Facebook because they are there too, and there are a bunch of posts about how honest and awesome they are. - Clinton G.
